Description
The Commune is located to the west of the Gavot plateau, at the heart of the Evian mineral water impluvium. Its territory ranges in altitude from 750 meters to 870 meters, with varied views.
Its surface area of 807 hectares comprises 80% of natural agricultural and forestry land.
Its incomparable view, from the Bernese Alps to Fort l'Ecluse, from the Jura Mountains to Mont-Blanc, over a radius of more than 100 km, made it a truly strategic point.
