La fromagerie du Noyer was founded in 1996, at a time when we only visited markets in the Chablais region. Gradually, we moved closer to our customers and opened cheese dairies in Evian, Thonon, Saint Paul en Chablais, Annemasse, Morzine, Douvaine and Cluses. As lovers of our region's heritage of flavors, we are committed to sharing and discovering the sensory characteristics of our cheeses.
