Magnificent views from the summit, from Lac Léman to Mont-Blanc. You'll cross the Autigny chalets and discover the imposing ridge of Mont Chauffé.
The Pointe d'Autigny hike with its three crosses is a round trip from the village square in Abondance.
You'll climb up through the forest and then into the mountain pastures.
After crossing the Col de la Plagne, you'll pass the magnificent Autigny chalets, offering unobstructed views of the Ubine valley and Mont Chauffé, the Cornettes de Bise and Abondance.
It's in these mountain pastures, where dairy cows graze, that Abondance cheese is produced.
You will then reach the three crosses and the Pointe d'Autigny (1808 m altitude), from where you can admire Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. There's also an orientation table. Don't forget your picnic to enjoy the panorama!
