In 2023, when we came to visit the Blues Rock Café, a renowned former venue on the Plateau de Gavot that had been closed for several years, we decided to completely renovate the building and revive the restaurant, which will be open all year round.Join us at La Beunaz, in Saint-Paul-en-Chablais, for a culinary experience where flavors, conviviality and good humor meet in a warm setting.
