Around Abondance AOP cheese, from milk collection to sale... A guided tour where you will discover the manufacturing techniques, the maturing cellars and the large selection of cheeses made on site.
Abondance AOP, Tomme de Savoie IGP, Raclette de Savoie IGP, Beurre Frais, summer cheese "Le Pissenlit", Tommes and Tomettes "Charlotte"... are emblematic cheeses, made here, behind the scenes at La Fruitière.
