Percussion Academy and Festival - Percu'Impulse

For a week, Percu'Impulse is offering a percussion workshop in Abondance. Concerts are planned throughout the week in the village and workshops for the general public. A musical discovery open to all from 3 to 99 years old!

The Percu'Impulse Academy is open to all percussionists, whether experienced students or young musicians with at least one year's instrumental experience. The NeoPercu Workshop is an introduction to percussion open to beginners of all ages. Concerts are open to all without exception. Sébastien Aegerter, Marion Frétigny, Fabien Perreau, Alexandre Pronteau. Halle d'Abondance - Free admission. Thursday, July 3, 2025 - 8pm : Vibraphone and guitar duo concert. Franck Tortiller and Misja Fitzgerald Michel. Cloister of Abondance Abbey - Reservations required. Friday, July 4, 2025- 9am to 12pm : Public masterclass by Franck Tortiller. Followed by a performance by Percu'Impulse academics. Lycée Sainte-Croix des Neiges - Free admission. Saturday, July 5, 2025 - 4:30pm and 7pm : Fiesta Batucada! Festive concert led by Sébastien Laplaige and Guillaume Tiran, with Percu'Impulse academics. Halle d'Abondance - Free admission. Sunday, July 6, 2025 - 3pm : Grand closing concert by Percu'Impulse percussion ensembles. Halle d'Abondance - Free admission. Neo'Batuc workshop on July 4 and 5, 2025. Beginners welcome! A TYPICAL DAY AT PERCU'IMPULSE 8h breakfast 9am to 12pm rehearsal in small groups 12pm to 2pm lunch and relaxation with our BAFA instructors 2pm to 5pm ensemble rehearsal 5pm snack and fun activities 7pm dinner 8pm concerts And lots more surprises! CONCERT VENUES A beautiful barn, the village hall, the Abbey of Abondance and its cloister will host the Academy's various events.
