Heritage Hike: The Good, the Beautiful, the Great

The region is dotted with numerous mountain pastures, where livestock were taken during the summer months. These mountains, as the locals called them, each had their own strengths and weaknesses, but some were considered better than others.

In winter, they were left under the snow, and their design was built to withstand the elements. Go on a hike to explore an alpine pasture and visit an authentic alpine chalet built over a century ago. And if there’s snow on the ground, put on your snowshoes!

Free admission for children under 6 (except for dedicated activities), Ministry of Culture cardholders, tour guides, journalists and press.
The guide will ask you for proof of a reduced rate.

Bookings can be made through the Tourist Information Offices of the Evian-Vallée d'Abondance - Leman Mountains Explore region.

Reservations are recommended for tours. Reservations can be made right up to the last minute via the online store. Mediators cannot accept cash payments under any circumstances. If the tour is full, the mediator has the right to refuse visitors. If the tour is full, online booking is no longer possible.
