Emmanuel Schaller, founder and roaster of Montagne Cafés®, welcomes you to Vacheresse to introduce you to his craft and share his passion for coffee.
During the tour, you’ll learn about the different steps involved in transforming green coffee into roasted beans, the unique characteristics of different origins, and what makes a specialty coffee so rich and complex.
The tour also provides ample opportunity for discussion and tasting: a chance to ask questions, refine your palate, and discover the coffees of Montagne Cafés®.
