Brizolon
Description
The Brizolon is back in Lugrin! Join us on Sunday, October 11, in the village of Troubois for a delicious fall menu served under tents in the alleyway of the old village, along with chestnuts roasted Brizolon-style and apple juice pressed on-site.
On the menu: squash soup, Lugrinoise-style diots with fries, Abondance cheese, grapes, chestnuts, and coffee.
Les Gars de la Jeanne will provide the musical entertainment
It’s also a chance to meet the Lou Peye Deu Shablei association, which is dedicated to preserving the town’s chestnut grove.
