Also known as white-water swimming, this activity is more demanding than rafting, but it's a great way to get in on the action.

You take charge of your trajectory, steering yourself with your float and propelling yourself with your flippers. This individual sport requires a certain amount of aquatic ability.

Each swimmer will have to follow the guide on a challenging course. You will learn to feel and use the many water movements, obstacles and waves independently.

The course will be chosen with your guide, according to the level of the group. You'll be able to enjoy a descent adapted to your desires.
