First dive at La Cité de l'Eau

The discovery of this beautiful activity that is scuba diving can begin with a first experience in an artificial environment. From the age of 8, this initiation will allow you to discover diving in a zone of depth between 0 and 4 metres depending on your age.

This will be an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the equipment and to discover new sensations.

The pools and the diving pit of the Cité de l'Eau in Amphion les Bains are ideal for this kind of new experience.

No fear of the environment as the water is clear and warm. The first dive is always done with a ratio of 1 instructor for 1 person.

It will be an opportunity for you to test this new activity and to decide, afterwards, to come and do an experience in the lake or to enter the training.

Possibility of a "discovery of the well-being diving" thanks to the BATHYSMED protocol for a complete relaxation and a found serenity.
