Downhill / Enduro MTB Riding Course

These 2 to 5 day courses will allow you to optimise your riding technique and work on your areas of improvement, in order to gain in confidence and pleasure.

Suitable for all ages.

Adult courses : full day
Teenagers 12-15 years old : 1/2 day
Youth courses 8-11 years old : 1/2 day
Riding on BikePark (Bernex, Chatel, Morzine / Les Gets, ...) and on technical ENDURO tracks in the "Portes du Soleil" or "Balcons du Leman" area.
We will adapt the content of the course to your profile and expectations, from the basics of riding to the most technical moves: basic position, braking, steep descent, climbing/walking, upright/flat turns, jumps..., all the technical moves will be covered.
In order to optimize the learning process, video analysis will be offered.
