60m² gîte on 2 levels in a fully renovated former farmhouse that also includes guest rooms and the owners' home. Separate entrance. First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, sofa), access to private terrace. Bedroom 1 with 1 x 160x200cm bed, access to shared garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: bedroom 2 with 1 bed 90x200cm and 2 beds 90x200cm that can be twinned to create a double bed, TV, desk. Private terrace in front of the gite with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Large shared plot to the rear of the house. Private parking. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. A welcome gift (for a minimum stay of 7 nights) is offered. Breakfast available in the bed and breakfast area (€12/person). Table d'hôtes with local produce from 28€/person. For late departures at 11 a.m., enjoy our Sunday/holiday brunch for €25/person (minimum 4 people).
